A few months ago during a Kundalini Yoga course called Conscious Communication, we were asked to get into groups of three and explain simply but honestly to the group, why we came to Kundalini Yoga.
The first person in my group (who is a very radiant woman), explained that she had started Kundalini yoga in order to heal deep wounds that were blocking her, at that time in her life.
My second classmate who spoke was a beautiful woman, who commented that she too had arrived at Kundalini Yoga, to try to surpass old fears that she was holding on to.
And when my turn came, I said exactly the same as they did. That I had begun Kundalini Yoga a few years earlier because I felt limited by my fears and knew that this millennial tool was going to help me get past them.
And that is exactly what happened.
Today I feel truly thankful to the Universe for having guided me towards Kundalini Yoga. Because that sacred technology has allowed me to heal old fears hidden very deep inside myself.
Now I feel free and much more confident in myself, as well as in the Universe.
And don’t misunderstand me. It’s not that I don’t have any fears. Not at all. Quite regularly I am still afraid of some things. But those fears no longer limit me. They don’t block me anymore. They no longer run constantly through my mind on a loop.
And whatever happens in life, I know I will return to my inner peace very easily.
And that is wonderful!
Because life becomes much lighter, tastes better and is happier when you free yourself from the weight of fear and know how to reconnect with your inner peace.
And if I have achieved this, so can you.
All you need is some knowledge, a certain amount of discipline and the desire to change.
