Discovering Kundalini Yoga is like entering a magical forest where time becomes a very relative notion, where rationality and logic give way to intuition and where the mind surrenders to the soul.
A little surprising, I know.
At first, it surprised me too.
Kundalini Yoga usually enters our lives when we begin to listen to our soul.
It never comes by chance.
You may have heard about it for the first time very recently… but I encourage you to experience it. In this way you will realize for yourself the power of these sacred teachings.
You only have to trust yourself, your path and the Universe… and surrender.
Kundalini Yoga has been transmitted from master to disciple for thousands of years.
Initially, it was transmitted orally and secretly and the disciples had to demonstrate their courage in order to receive these teachings.
At the end of the 60’s, the last Kundalini Yoga Master, Yogi Bhajan, traveled to the United States from India and realized that the American youth was very lost between sex, alcohol and drugs… and needed this sacred tool to get ahead.
He decided to begin to share these teachings publicly… and to train teachers.
Since then, Kundalini Yoga has spread throughout the world.
It is very powerful and helps us to maintain ourselves in the most demanding moments of our lives. We all know that a life without crisis does not exist – that is why it is essential to have a tool that allows us to overcome these moments.
The great strength of Kundalini Yoga lies in lifting ourselves up and opening ourselves to our highest potential.
Thanks to multiple pranayamas, kryas and meditations, it helps us to quiet our mind and awaken our Kundalini – the subtle energy of our soul.
Thus we can reconnect with our Infinite Self.
We all have varied gifts and talents.
But very often we do not trust ourselves enough to develop them.
We are paralyzed by fear… fear of not being good enough… powerful… or intelligent… fear of failing… fear of making mistakes… fear of losing everything.
We usually have so many hidden fears in our subconscious that we sink in the first time.
Kundalini Yoga allows us to be more conscious and helps us to develop our inner strength… our connection with the Infinite.
What I am telling you may seem like a fairy tale … but I assure you that it is not.
When you start practicing, you will understand.
And soon you will be guided by the Universe.
