Krya for emotional and mental balance

Welcome to the serie for mental and emotional balance (you will find the video below)

Practice it whenever you feel a bit overwhelmed and need to release some emotions.

Or practice it on a daily basis… like me.  It is such a powerful serie… it will help you keep your chest wide open and face all the challenges of life with an open heart.

Before starting any Kundalini serie we always open the space with the Adi mantra “Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo”.

It is a mantra that both protects us and connects us to the highest source of wisdom.

There are many ways to translate it, but one is, “I bow to the All-That-Is. I bow to the Divine Wisdom within myself.”

This mantra refines the energy around and within us. We always chant it three times before any practice.

As most of Kundalini Yoga teachers, I wear a turban when I teach – I am often asked why.

Here are the two main reasons:

  1. Devotion to the Golden Channel of Kundalini Yoga masters and those sacred teachings
  2. Wearing a turban helps maintaining  the energy on the upper chakras for major shifts of consciousness… you will soon discover that we stimulate and raise lots of energy during a Kundalini Yoga practice.

I hope you enjoy this serie as much as I do. Sat Nam.
