After working with many women navigating heartbreak, I saw the same pattern again and again.

They understood the relationship.

They could explain what had happened with clarity.

But their body was still holding the imprint of the bond.

The tension.
The emotional loops.
The waves that appeared without warning.

Insight had brought awareness.

But the nervous system was still waiting for resolution.

Emotional and Physiological Reset is a private container of three 1:1 sessions designed to support that deeper recalibration.

Not by analysing the relationship again —
but by working gently with the place where heartbreak actually lives:

Each session has a clear intention.

Session 1 – Assessment

We explore where you are right now — emotionally and physiologically.

How your nervous system is responding to the breakup.
Where tension, overwhelm, or shutdown may still be present in your body.

This creates a clear map for the work ahead.

Session 2 – Learning to feel

Many women were never taught how to feel emotions without becoming overwhelmed by them.

In this session you learn simple somatic tools that allow you to stay present with your emotions while remaining connected to yourself.

Your body begins to experience that feelings can move without taking you over.

Session 3 – Recalibration

Here we support your nervous system in restoring a deeper sense of internal safety.

The body releases tension it has been holding.
Your system begins to recognise steadiness again as its natural baseline.

This is often the moment when women feel something shift inside them.

Not because they forced healing.

But because their body finally had the conditions it needed to reorganise.

There is no pressure to heal quickly.

Only a calm, attuned space where your nervous system can settle.

And when the body settles, something important happens.

The past loosens its grip.

Your energy becomes available again for your life.
