Sometimes the heart carries a story that belongs to our linage.

My own story…

I grew up with a quiet whisper running underneath my family — a story my father never fully spoke, but one my body always seemed to remember.
A secret that lived between the lines, shaping how I moved in love long before I understood why.

My grandmother became pregnant before marrying my grandfather, in 1931, in a tiny French village called Volmerange-les-Mines.
A Catholic village, where a young woman “in trouble” carried far more than a baby — she carried judgment, shame, and the silent expectation to make herself small.

She married quickly.

No one talked about it.
The story was wrapped in silence.
But the silence itself was loud.

And somehow — I inherited that silence.

I did not grow up with her circumstances, but I grew up with her feeling:
a subtle shame I couldn’t place,
a quiet tightening in my womb,
as if desire itself was dangerous,
as if being fully chosen meant being fully exposed.

It took me years to realise that this was not my shame —
it was hers.
An emotional echo passed down through the lineage, until someone finally stopped to listen.

This is what many people don’t realise:

We inherit more than DNA.
We inherit our lineage emotional stories.
Unresolved grief.
Silences.
Secrets.
Beliefs about love, desire, loyalty, safety.

What Are Family Constellations?

This is where Family Constellations enters, with extraordinary tenderness and precision.

Family Constellations is a therapeutic process that reveals the deep, unseen emotional dynamics within a family system — the undercurrents that shape how we love, react, parent, choose partners, or repeat patterns we consciously want to break.

It works through the field, a phenomenological intelligence that holds the memories, bonds, wounds, and loyalties of the entire lineage.

What rises in a constellation comes directly from the soul of the system.

A constellation brings hidden truths to light.

And when these truths finally surface, something shifts — in your body, your heart, your relationships.
The pattern that felt impossible to understand suddenly loosens.
You feel a softening — like a breath you didn’t know you were holding.

Family Constellations doesn’t just help you understand your story.
It helps you step out of the fate you inherited, so you can choose a new one.

How Family Constellations Can Take Place

Family Constellations can be experienced in two formats:

1. Collective Sessions

A small group gathers.

One person constellates, while others are invited to represent members of the system. 
It changes something in the person’s lineage — in a real, felt way.

This can feel incredibly powerful, because the entire group participates in the field and receives insights, shifts, and emotional release.

Even if you’re not chosen, the field touches you.
A sentence, a gesture, a movement often speaks directly to your own story.
Women leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply seen — even if they never spoke.

Nothing is random.
If you’re in the room, something in the story resonates with your own.

2. Individual Sessions

This is a private, one-on-one constellation with me.
The work is just as deep, just as accurate, just as transformative.
Some women prefer this intimacy — especially with sensitive themes like love, relationships or family stories.

Both formats are equally powerful.
Both formats reveal what the mind alone cannot access.
And both can be done presentially or online, with no loss of depth — the field works beyond physical distance.

Why This Matters for Women in Love and Relationship

So many women come to this work when their heart is tired of repeating the same story:

– moving through a breakup,
– confused by a situationship,
– attracting emotionally unavailable men,
– feeling deeply spiritual but blocked in love,
– or sensing that something keeps repeating no matter how much inner work they’ve done.

Often, the pattern didn’t begin with them.
It began two or three generations back — with a grandmother like mine, or a still born baby, or a miscarriage, or an ancestor who carried too much.
