Family Constellations - 1:1 sessions

You’ve done the inner work. You’ve reflected, healed, grown. On the surface, you’re ready for a healthy relationship. And yet, when a kind, emotionally available man appears, your body tightens. Doubt creeps in. Distance follows — almost automatically.

Here’s something we rarely consider: everything starts with our family, even when we’re not conscious of it. The way love moved — or didn’t — between your parents. The silences, the losses, the roles you stepped into without choosing. These early dynamics quietly shape what feels safe, familiar, or even possible in love today.

In a family constellation session, we gently explore these hidden loyalties and inherited patterns — not to blame the past, but to put it back in its rightful place.

This journey is for you if you feel something deeper is at play in your love life — something you can sense but not quite name. When those unconscious ties soften, your heart doesn’t have to force itself open. It simply feels safer to love, freely and differently.

When working privately, I propose a minimum of two sessions:
– The first session is the actual Family Constellation, where we uncover the underlying dynamic at play. Then we allow around two weeks for the system to reorganise. Very often, life begins to reflect subtle shifts during this time.
– Two weeks later, we meet again to integrate, clarify, and support the movements that have taken place.

Each session lasts around one hour and costs 90 euros.
