When I wrote Guide to Introduction to Kundalini Yoga I knew that at some point I was going to add some videos, to show some of the exercises that are explained at the end of it in detail.

And many of you have been asking for this. So now is the time to do it.

So this is my gift to you, for following my blog every two weeks.

Our online Kundalini Yoga community has started to grow and you cannot imagine how happy it makes me, to know that these sacred teachings are reaching more and more people through it.

I will be recording two exercises that appear at the end of the guide. But I need your help to choose which ones.

Which exercises would you prefer to see? Which would help you most along your spiritual path. Which ones would guide your heart?

1-Pranayama (a very relaxing, deep breathing exercise)

2-The krya for emotional and mental balance (a perfect krya for practising daily)

3-The meditation for a calm heart (which helps us face our fears)

4- Guru Wahe Guru guru Ram Dass Guru’s meditation (a healing meditation)

5-The children’s meditation I am Happy, I am Good  (a happy meditation for practising with children, to help them find their interior peace)

Cast your cote here in the comments section at the end of the page, on the two exercises you would most like to see recorded. I will pick the two that readers want most.

I hope to send them in a months time.

Thank you!

And please, share this blog post with your loved ones… so we elevate the vibration of the world alltogether.

Sat Nam,

Gabrielle – Puranshant Kaur
